Phone number, Auth ID, name, profile details; location (pick-up/drop, and live GPS for Drivers only during active trips); booking details; Driver verification documents (licence, RC, insurance, bank/UPI details, Masked Aadhaar); payment identifiers (never full card numbers); push-notification tokens; security/error logs.
DelivIndia does not collect, request, or store your full 12-digit Aadhaar number in any form. Drivers upload a Masked Aadhaar document (free from myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in) showing only the last 4 digits. Only those 4 digits and the masked document are stored, under strict access controls.
To create/secure accounts, match Riders and Drivers, calculate fares and process payments, verify Driver eligibility, prevent fraud, send notifications, run referral programmes, provide support, and meet legal/tax obligations. We never sell personal data to advertisers.
Between Rider and Driver on an active booking only; with Razorpay (payments) and Google Maps Platform (routing); with law enforcement/regulators when legally required; with support staff who need it. KYC documents and Masked Aadhaar are never shown to other users.
Firebase (Google) — auth, database, storage, functions, notifications; Razorpay — payments; Google Maps — routing. Data may be processed on servers outside India as part of these providers' infrastructure.
Kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after, for disputes, fraud prevention, and legal/tax duties. On verified deletion request, data no longer legally required is erased or anonymised.
HTTPS encryption, Firebase security rules, server-side Cloud Functions for sensitive actions, App Check. Please lock your device and never share OTPs, even with anyone claiming to represent DelivIndia.
The App is for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Access your data, correct inaccuracies, withdraw optional consent, request account/data deletion (Profile → Delete Account), nominate someone to act on your behalf, and complain to the Data Protection Board of India if unsatisfied with our response. Where processors operate outside India, we rely on their contractual/technical safeguards consistent with DPDP Act requirements.
Material changes raise the consent version and require renewed acceptance.
