Whether you are booking a delivery or driving with DelivIndia, find clear answers below — or reach our team if you still need a hand.
Getting a delivery from pickup to drop on DelivIndia.
Download the DelivIndia app from Google Play, sign in with your phone number, enter pickup and drop locations, choose a vehicle category that fits your load, compare fare offers from nearby drivers, and confirm the booking. You can track the trip live in the app and pay by cash or online after delivery.
On bargain categories (including 2-wheeler, e-loader, 3-wheeler, and mini truck), nearby drivers send fare offers. You compare them in the app and accept the one that works for you. You are not locked into the first number you see. Larger vehicles may use a different quote or bid flow.
DelivIndia supports a range of goods vehicles — from two-wheelers for small parcels to e-loaders, three-wheelers, pickups, mini trucks, and heavier trucks for bulk cargo. Pick the size that matches what you are sending. See For Riders for more detail.
Yes. Once a driver is on the way, follow the trip live in the app. You can also share a location link with someone waiting at the drop so they know when the vehicle is arriving.
You can cancel in the app. If no driver has accepted yet, no payment has been collected. After a driver accepts, a cancellation fee may apply as described in our Terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Because fare is collected only after delivery (cash or online), there is usually no payment-gateway refund for a trip that never completed.
How you pay — and when money is collected.
You can pay the driver in cash at drop, or pay online via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). Online payment is collected only after delivery is completed — not when you create the booking. The app shows the amount due, including extras such as toll, waiting, or helper when they apply.
Cash stays between you and the driver at drop. Online payments go through Razorpay; DelivIndia does not store full card numbers. Money for online trips is charged after the service is delivered. Keep the in-app fare breakdown as your receipt.
DelivIndia collects payment after delivery — not in advance. That applies to both cash and online. You confirm the amount in the app at the end of the trip (including any agreed extras).
Verification, joining DelivIndia, and how drivers get paid.
Yes. Drivers complete in-app KYC — driving licence, vehicle RC, and verification photos — and are reviewed before they can go online for live jobs.
Download the DelivIndia app, register with your phone number, choose the driver path, and complete KYC. After approval you can go online, pick jobs, send fare offers, and get paid after delivery. Your first five completed deliveries are commission-free; from the sixth onward, DelivIndia takes 8% of the delivery fare. See For Drivers for the full overview.
Each trip uses one-time codes for pickup and drop. The sender sees the codes in the app and shares them with the assigned driver. The driver enters the code in their app so loading and handover are confirmed. Never share OTPs publicly or with anyone who is not the assigned driver.
Managing your DelivIndia profile and data.
If the app is still installed, use in-app account settings when that option is available. If you already uninstalled the app, use the public Delete Account form with the same phone number you registered with. No login is required on the web form.
See our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Refund & Cancellation Policy. They explain how we handle data, marketplace rules, and cancellations.
What to do if something goes wrong on a trip.
Use OTP at pickup and drop, and pack goods carefully. DelivIndia is a marketplace that connects you with independent drivers — it is not a courier company that owns the fleet. For disputes, email support@delivindia.com with your booking ID and details. Liability limits are described in our Terms.
Drivers are independent service providers. Pack fragile or high-value items carefully and declare them as needed. DelivIndia is not automatically liable for loss, damage, or delay except where Indian law does not allow exclusion, or where loss is directly caused by DelivIndia’s own proven gross negligence in operating the platform. Raise issues with support and include evidence where possible.
The app includes SOS / support options for situations that feel unsafe on the road. If you need help after a trip, contact support@delivindia.com or use the Contact form as soon as you can.
Email us at support@delivindia.com — we aim to acknowledge messages within 1–2 business days. Include your phone number and booking ID when you have one so we can help faster. You can also use the contact form.
